Terms and Conditions of Sale
Trulife concludes contracts for the Sale of Products only on the following conditions.
All orders are subject to acceptance by Trulife. All prices are (unless otherwise stated) exclusive of VAT which will be charged at the rate applicable at the time of invoice, unless a valid VAT exemption certificate (available from Customer Services) accompanies the order. Whilst every effort is made to maintain prices, Trulife reserves the right to increase the prices at any time in accordance with the latest published price lists prior to despatch.
Cheques etc should be made payable to Trulife. Payment is due 30 days from date of invoice. Prepayment is required by non-account customers and private individuals.
Goods leave our warehouses with a minimum of delay and for orders received by 3.00pm we aim to despatch stock products on the day the order is received if product is in stock. Trulife will do its best to meet delivery dates and quantities, but accepts no liability for the consequences of any delay or non-delivery.
Claims/Return of Goods
Any shortage, damage or discrepancy against shipments must be detailed by telephone or in writing together with a copy of the delivery note, to Trulife within 7 days of receipt of goods. All claims for goods lost in transit must be received by Trulife within 7 days of despatch of Trulife’s invoice for such goods. Claims cannot be considered after this time.
Prior to the returning of goods, telephone authorisation must be obtained. Goods must be returned within one calendar month from the date of the delivery note. The delivery note/invoice number must be included on the return advice. The goods must be in their original packaging, in a clean, resaleable condition. Custom products are not returnable. Trulife will not be responsible for return postage and packing unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
The goods agreed to be sold shall be at the risk of the customer from the time of delivery but the goods shall remain the sole and absolute property of Trulife until such time as the customer shall have paid the agreed price, together with the full price of any goods subject to any other contract with Trulife. Trulife reserves the immediate right of possession of any goods to which it has retained title, and such right shall be exercisable if the customer fails to pay any amount due to Trulife on or before the date on which it falls due or if the customer becomes unable to pay its debts as they fall due. For this purpose the customer grants to Trulife and its agents such access rights as may be required in order to recover possession of the goods. Nothing in this clause will confer any right on the customer to return the goods. Trulife may maintain an action for any amount due to Trulife by the customer notwithstanding that title to the goods may not have vested in the customer.
Product Improvement Policy
Trulife reserves the right to change specifications, packaging or withdraw products in the interests of continuing product improvements. E. & O.E.
