NOEL J. MURPHY - Executive Chairman, Trulife Group,
CEO, Sequoia Engineered Solutions (SES)
Noel has been actively involved in the development of Trulife since 1997. Prior to this he was principally engaged in helping small to medium- sized Irish companies develop and grow. He set out in this occupation in 1980, having previously worked in a venture capital business, consultancy and having trained and qualified as a chartered accountant. In addition to his activities with Trulife, Noel currently holds a nonexecutive role with a private Irish group.
ALAN COOKE - Group CEO
Alan joined Trulife as Group CFO in 2010. Prior to joining Trulife, Alan has served in a number of executive roles in the healthcare field, including Cofounder and Director of Dignity Sciences Ltd; President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Amarin Corp; and VP of Global Strategic Planning of Elan Corp. Alan is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ireland. Alan currently serves as Chairman of the Institute of Neuroscience at Trinity College in Dublin.
OLIVE GUNNING – Chief Technology Officer
Olive joined Trulife in 1989 as a graduate engineer charged with the development of our breastcare and pressurecare product ranges. Olive was appointed to Trulife’s Board of Directors in July 2008 and now has responsibility for all Research and Development activities for the group. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from University College Galway.
JANE WILLIAMS - Non-Executive Director
Jane is the Managing Director of the Sia Group, which she established in 1988. Sia specializes in strategy development and implementation across a wide range of organizations, both public and private. Jane’s career includes international banking, financial analysis and international marketing. She is currently the Chair of the Irish Pensions Board and a director of a number of Irish enterprises.
FIONA SLEVIN – Non-Executive Director
Fiona is a non-executive director working with companies on strategy, growth and business development. Fiona was founder and CEO of Haptica Ltd, a simulation technology business which she sold in 2011. Prior to that, she held executive positions in Goldman Sachs and Diageo, working internationally in various roles. She also worked in change management and led major projects with a number of leading UK Energy companies as well as in the public sector. Fiona is a Chartered Director and serves on a number of commercial and not-for-profit Boards as Chairman and non-executive director.
JAMES COLLIER - Group Financial Controller
James joined Trulife in 2010 as Financial Controller for the UK having previously held similar positions within the retail and medical sectors. James is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Following a period as General Manager for the Clinical Services division in the UK, James was appointed to the position of Group Financial Controller in January 2014.
ANNA REYES-POTTS - VP of Operations, SES
Anna joined the Trulife team in 1992, through the acquisition of Seattle Systems, where she held key positions in Marketing, International Sales, and Quality. With an engineering background, Anna has held senior management positions in Operations and Research and Development for Orthotics and Prosthetics. In 2014, Anna was appointed VP of Operations for Sequoia Engineered Solutions.
LARRY KNUDSEN - VP of Sales and Marketing, O&P USA
Larry joined Trulife in 1993 as the Director of Sales. He has served in various management roles, with over 25 years in the hospital, post acute, long term care, O&P, and home medical equipment industries. Larry previously served in leadership roles for Becton Dickinson, Terumo Medical and Hanger Orthopedic Group.
FIACHRA GREEN - Operations Manager, Ireland
Fiachra joined Trulife in 2011 bringing expertise in lean manufacturing and operations management. Prior to joining Trulife, Fiachra worked as a field service engineer and then in operations management in a number of semiconductor related businesses before spending time consulting in lean management systems throughout Ireland. Fiachra holds a BSc degree from Maynooth College and completed post graduate studies in Electronic Engineering and Lean Management Systems.
MIKE SUMNER - Director of Operations, SES
Mike joined Trulife through the acquisition of Pro CNC in 2014. Mike holds a B.S. in Industrial Technology from Western Washington University, with a focus on Composites and Manufacturing Engineering. Mike spent several years in various industries, including commercial plastics, construction of manufacturing facilities, electronics and medical device manufacturing. Mike is responsible for SES operations in Bellingham, WA.
TED PFAFF - Director of Operations, SES
Ted joined Trulife in 2000 through the acquisition of Seattle Systems. Ted has over 30 years leading commercial and prototype manufacturing environments in the private sector with fortune 500 companies, in the aerospace industry as well as the military. Ted served five years of volunteer service with the U.S. Navy. Ted is responsible for SES operations in Poulsbo, WA.
CHRISTIAN NEARY - Sales and Marketing Manager US Breastcare
Christian joined Trulife in 2014 from a startup Concierge Medical Products and Services Company in the Durable Medical Equipment arena where he was a Principle and Sales Manager. Christian has served in a number of leadership, sales management, marketing and training roles within and outside the healthcare field including Regional Sales Manager, District Manager, Training Manager and Sales Representative at Procter & Gamble Healthcare where he worked for nearly 10 years and also Vice President of Sales Operations at the JHE Group. Additionally, Christian served as a Commissioned Officer in the United States Army for five years and continues his service in the Army National Guard as a Lieutenant Colonel. Christian holds a Bachelor's Degree from the State University of New York at Cortland and a Master of Business Administration Degree from Bryant University.
