Breastcare Educational Manager

The Women’s Breastcare Educational Manager will play a lead role in defining and prioritizing business opportunities within our Women’s Healthcare Group. They will provide in-servicing and training to new and existing customers on Trulife post-mastectomy products. This includes new product in-service, follow-up training, tradeshow support and conducting certified mastectomy fitter educational courses. This position also works closely with customers to provide resources needed to maximize revenue, operate more efficiently, and expand business opportunities by identifying and overcoming barriers to reimbursement.

Description of Work

  • Actively seek out new retailers, medical referral resources and local breast cancer organizations
  • Perform product presentations at breast cancer support groups, doctor in-services and other marketing activities within the medical community
  • Participate at sales meetings, tradeshows, conferences, and training programs as required.
  • Conduct presentations and  training sessions for medical supply companies, breastcare boutiques, cancer groups, and doctors/clinics on products and mastectomy fitting
  • Provide input on educational material and assist with distribution to customer base
  • Assist in the education and training of new sales representatives
  • Sales Support
  • Assist with on-site tradeshow and educational course support
  • Work closely with sales team to support them with data collection, customer feedback and competitive feedback
  • Analyze customer needs, perceptions, and buying opportunities

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Health Science or related field
  • Excellent planning and strategy development while executing against tight timelines
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills and business acumen
  • Ability to travel on a as needed basis and adequately cover assigned geography, as well as overnight attendance at training, meetings, and tradeshows
  • Computer software skills
  • Strong work ethic and personal commitment to excellence.

Cancer patient care and/or prosthetic fitter experience a plus!

Territory Sales Manager, Breastcare - USA

Trulife, a preeminent global manufacturer of post mastectomy products, is seeking an experienced, self-motivated, high-energy, results-driven sales professional. The successful candidate must have experience and a proven track record in outside sales and account management.

The motivated candidate will work with existing direct accounts to introduce new products and promotions and actively seek to secure orders; conduct presentations, evaluations, in-services to existing customers and prospects; qualify and prioritize prospects; generate individual opportunities; and prospect through personal networking and relationship building. The ideal candidate must have Bachelor’s degree in Business, Medical Science or related field, 3+ years outside sales experience. Candidates will have a proven track record of getting in front of the customer and demonstrated success in exceeding defined monthly metrics and goals.

This is a multi-state (FL, AL, MS, LA) position so travel is required (50 – 75%).

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Business, Medical Science or related field or comparable work experience with 3 yrs successful work experience in outside sales and/or B2B.
  • Proven experience with sales techniques, processes, and standards required
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record required

Trulife, a preeminent global manufacturer of post mastectomy products, is currently recruiting for a Regional Marketing Consultant for our Breastcare Division. This position encompasses sales and marketing of a unique prosthetic product for breast cancer survivors. This is a healthcare sales position that interacts directly with the patient and requires a level of compassion along with proven sales and technical abilities. The RMC will attend scheduled retailer events and operate a laser scanning system that creates a 3D image of the patient’s chest wall to create a custom breast prosthesis.  An extensive amount of travel and ability to be flexible is needed. May also require work after normal business hours to accommodate client/business needs. Experience

  • 3 years outside sales experience and knowledge of sales management, in the healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated history of account development and sales growth

Description of Work

  • Attend and acquire a set goal of scanning events per week to meet monthly objective.
  • Follow protocol for patient prep and scanning, including bra fitting.
  • Perform clean-up of computer data obtained to generate an export file to HIPAA compliant website.
  • Provide exceptional support and service to Trulife’s customers, directly or indirectly, externally or internally, while promoting product and service quality. 
  • Maintain existing sales business and cultivate new business by developing in-depth relationships with customers.
  • Actively seek out new retailers, medical referral resources and local breast cancer organizations.
  • Perform product presentations at breast cancer support groups, doctor in-services and other marketing activities within the medical community.

  • Support media activities with retailers – television, radio and newspaper interviews.
